need help recovering some e-mail

I crash recently prompted me to reformat and reinstall
Windows XP. Stupidly, I did not export my Outlook info. I
do, however, have backups of all my folders and files.

Is there any way to recover old outlook info from the
files in the Application Data, Outlook, or System
folders??

The file with the PST extension should have your data. You can copy it back
over to your hard drive, open in Outlook (File | Open | Outlook Data File),
and drag and drop messages inot your new mail folders.
