Need help printing a booklet. It resizes (small) & rotates.

The booklet is simple. It requires one page, front and back. I know to
place the paper with 4 and 1 and the inside part 2 and 3. The option to
print pages will not let me go and enter 2. The smallest it will give me is
4.My printer is a duplex printer.

For a four-page "booklet" I wouldn't even bother with "Book fold,"
especially if page 1 is a cover. Just use columns and type pages 2 and 3 on
one side, 4 and 1 on the other. That's the way I do dance and concert
programs all the time.
