Need help in identification

When I open Juno's email there is a strange sound track that plays which
makes some strange sounds and then sounds like a horse gallops off. Is this
a virus?
If so how can I isolate it and 'shoot it'.
I ran Mcafee virus scan and it did not find any viruses.
Mcafee was upated Friday morning.

Juno was one of the 1st free emails sites to hit the net.
