Need help in developing Platform for 5822 using Platform Builder 4.2!

Hi

I have Wafer5822 BSP and trying to build platform for CE.net using Platfrom
builder 4.2. I could not even see the desktop. Could you guys help me out
in features which I need to consider for developing platform? I am new to
Platform builder. Any help would be appreciated.
