need help desperately uploading website

I created my website, I went to "publish web" site and
completed the info as given by my web host server,
frontpage seemed to upload everything ok, I got a message
on frontpage saying it was done successfully and to click
here if I want to see my web site BUT when I go to see my
web site I get an HTTP error 403 which says that "you are
not authorized to view this page". My website host says
they just provide the frontpage server and give me my
domain name and password they dont get involved with
problems with frontpage.Help, what did I do wrong?
 
Check your anonymous settings.. TOOLS/SERVER while connected live to your site.
