Need help arranging chart

Hey there,

I need help arranging a chart. Any ideas welcome.

I have 1300 columns of Vehicles with 3 rows of Repair Types each, in A
and B respectively. I also have 277 columns of Part Descriptions in
Column C. Finally, I have 16 months that this needs to be fit into.

I have the formulas for my calculations. What I need to do now is
somehow show which Parts are required for Vehicles of certain Repair
Types. I then need to show this monthly for 16 months.

Basically:

For each month,
Each Vehicle AND each Repair Type,
And a count of the required parts.

This could be simplified if Excel would accept more than 256 columns,
but unfortunately it doesnt.
 
This makes NO sense! how can you have 1300 columns of vehicles i
colums A & B???
