need help any ideas

ok i need help with my computer when i try to go in to my
yahoo email account a window pops up saying that internet
explorer cased an error with a thing called KERNE32.DLL.
and then closes the window down. if any one nknows whats
the problem please send me an email at my other account at
(e-mail address removed) thanks
