Well, one of my friend asked me that if I could lend him/her my VISTA
UPGRADE. I've already installed and actived my VISTA UPGRADE on my notebook
but when I brought this UPGRADE from the reseller, they told me that the
UPGRADE can be install and re-licensed on another computer(means licensed can
be renew on another computer that installed and supposed to mean that the old
license will be removed).
I don't know what will shown when installing UPGRADE again on another
computer. If it shows that it could be re-licensed and the person borrows
from me click to re-licensed, will it be any effects on my license that I've
activated?Should I lend him/her?

The disc one uses doesn't matter so much as the Product Key. If they are
using another Product Key you can use pretty much any ol' generic Windows
Vista disc. The discs are not tied to any particular Product Key.

To transfer the license to another computer, you must first remove it
from your computer. Is that what you want to do?

It will likely fail activation on the second computer, stating the
license is already in use.

If you are asking if you can install Vista on more than one computer at a
time, the answer is no. What they told you when you purchased it was with
regard to being able to install Vista on a different computer. For example,
let's say you own more than one computer and you decide you want Vista on
that computer instead of the computer on which it is currently installed.

You could install Vista on that computer assuming you remove it from your
current computer. As stated by Tom Porterfield in this thread, you would
likely receive a message that the key was already in use on another computer
in which case you would need to use the phone activation option as opposed
to activating over the Internet.

If you allowed your friend to borrow your copy for purposes of installing on
his computer and he used your product key for that purpose, it would
invalidate your installation and if you needed to reinstall or do anything
that would trigger the requirement to activate, you would be unable to do so
and at the end of the period in which it was necessary to activate, Vista
would become disabled on your system.
