Need HD Help!

After adding a second hard drive, a DVD-R and a CF reader, I've
somehow got my second hard drive (D appearing a second time as drive
H:.
I can't see drive H: in Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk
Management, but I can see it everwhere else, such as Windows Explorer.

How can I remove the drive H: definition while leaving drive D:???

WinXP 5.1.2600
Dell Dimension 4500
Drive in question is a WD WD1200JB
