Need Formula

Can anyone help
I have a figure in A1 for example total £1609.80, I want to add 17.5% Vat to
this figure and then add 15% to the final figure to show commission giving
me a grand total

I need to put the answer in say A2. What is the formula I would need to use
Im lost??? On paper it would be £2175.23

=A1*(1+0.175)*(1+0.15)

though this will result in a value of 2175.24 (not 2175.23)

but I come up with. 2175.24
