NEED FORMULA TO POINT TO TOP OF COLUMN IF NUMBER GREATER THAN ANOT

SPREADSHEET HAS COLUMNS WITH DATA SPREAD OVER 12 MONTHS. IN THE 2ND TO LAST
COLUMN OF DATA, THERE IS NUMBER THAT I WANT TO COMPARE TO EACH NUMBER IN THE
SAME ROW ROW. WHERE EVER A NUMBER IS GREATER THAN THE 2ND TO LAST COLUMN, I
WANT FORMULA I NTHE LAST COLUMN TO PICK UP THE MONTH AT THE TOP OF THE COLUMN
WHERE THE NUMBER IS GREATER.
