Extract SP1 to a folder (use the /x switch) and look in new/sp1.cab for the
file.

You may find someone to send it to you, and that person may act
with entirely good faith. But in these days of widespread
viruses, and people spreading malignant software, I think you
have to be crazy to accept such a file from a stranger on a
newsgroup.
