Need E-mail Account Protection

My Yahoo & Hotmail e-mail account's password has been changing / reset by itself or by somebody or by any virus/spyware/trojan from last few days.

Anyone has faced this kind of problem before?

Run all spyware programs and viurs to see if its a infection thats coursing this problem. Sounds like someone is changing the passwords for these accounts some spyware and viurs can do this becuase they send information to the domains or the people who made the viurs itself.
