NEED DIRECTORY TEMPLATE ALLOWING FOR CONTACT INFO LINK ACCESS

I am looking for a Directory Template that allows me to link each of the
Directory contact info entries for people and organizations to the WORD
Access program. This way as I create each page of the directory with the
listing of organizations/people then I can also use the mail merge function
to email and fax these people without retyping the directory contact into
another contact database.

Try downloading and running the super easy mail merge example. You can find

You will however need some programming and access development skills to tie
each letter written to each contact. However, not matter what approach you
use in ms-access, you will need some development skills here. However, you
could perhaps just use outlook + the built in journaling options to
accomplish this, and thus no code or development would be needed.
