Need Commercial Spware removal suggestions

My Mom who uses Dial-up to connect to the internet, is complaining of tons
of Pop-Ups so she thinks she has spyware/adware.

She has tried downloading Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D without luck.

I am going to offer to burn a CD with these tools, and send it to her via
the mail, but I also wanted to provide a list of commercial software that
essentially does the same thing in case she cannot wait for my CD to arrive
snail mail.

What Commercial Spyware (boxed software she could by at the local Circuit
City or CompUSA store) is recommended?
 
Norton Internet security 2004 has built in adblocking and adware removal as
well as anti spam and firewall.
