need chart to track bipolar disorder

need a chart to track the various components of bipolar disorder for my
daughter. Things like meds, self-reported mood, diet, sleep, hygiene, etc.

Hi:
Not sure whether I understand what you want to plot. Do you want to plot it
over time vs certain stimuli so as to discover the effect of these? Or just
a moment picture shot with all components in one chart?
If y want to discover trends, multiple parameters may cause a challenge.
You cld try to make 'multiple small plots' ne for each variable on one page
(or screen). I just to show all these factors in one chart for one
observation moment, maybe a radar plot or a hor. bar chart is a sensible
option.
If this doesnt make sense, pls post some more details.
