Need "bare" resizable window for Powerpoint presentations

We are looking for a way to display a Powerpoint presentation on the
presenter's screen that is resizable and is "bare" (no toolbars, buttons,
titles, etc.).
We share the Powerpoint window with several users at a time and need another
program to be open (not to be seen by users) to take notes.
We've tried removing most of the buttons, etc. from Powerpoint, but it still
is not as streamlined as we would like. I'm hoping there is an add-on or
something that will generate a frameless window that can be filled with the
Powerpoint slides.

I've got your solution...now you may switch your name to "Lots of ideas".

To accomplish what you want and format your pres to a frameless,
personalized slide size I recommend you use DISCSTARTER (
http://www.mirabyte.com/en/content/products_services/discstarter_en/ds_infor

which allows you to condition a PPoint HTML presentation to your
liking...you may resize, apply skins, musicalize, right-click protect and
also run executables from simple links.
This software is also very practical for creating software menus, product
brochures, virtual business cards, etc.

You can make your presentation self-execute and get compiled in just one
..exe file with any SFX packing program.
