I need to reduce an amortization schedule from the "long" form to a
short formula in order to reduce the size of a spreadsheet.

Right now the spreadsheet goes down 360+ rows and I think it can be
done in just a couple of rows.

It would also be necessary for the formula to calculate total interest
paid and hopefully number of months to pay it off.

No Macros or VB!

I am ready to pay someone to do this so anyone may feel free to contact
me ( (e-mail address removed) )

Thank You,
Berry

Berry,
As an alternative or option you could try out the free Excel add-in
"Calculate Payments". It doesn't provide an amortization schedule,
but it will give you payment, loan amount, interest rate, term and
total paid.
