Need ability to Copy a Sent msg to Multiple Recipients

When I send a reply, I move that reply to a folder designated for that Person.

But when I send a reply to Multiple Recipients, I cannot find a way to copy
that response to each of the multiple recipients. All that I can find is a
MOVE facility, which is inadequate.

Please provide a COPY facility in future versions of Outlook.

Where are you looking for this option? I'd set up rules to "move a copy" to
the "specified folder" after sending, but I haven't actually done that. It
would need a folder and a rule for each recipient. Have you tried that, and
it didn't work, or what?

Or you could copy the sent message to each recipient's foldermanually, (in
Outlook 2003: File> Copy to Folder..., or put the button for that on a
toolbar). But manually copying after sending would get old after a while.
