Need a screen setting lock for my Outlook window

Everytime I open my Outlook window, I have to repeatedly set the window up to
the positioning in the way that I like it. It seems that when I open
Outlook, it should automatically position itself the way I like it.

How is this a suggestion rather than a complaint or request for assistance?
Do not abuse the suggestion feature for a complaint.

What version of Outlook, what is your startup folder, and what is being
rearranged?

I also have the same problem after having done a full reinstall.

Outlook 2003 and start up in the inbox.

If I read or start a new mail my system goes to FULL Screen and then I have
to pull the screen back to where I want it. Any other actions after this is
ok, untill I shut Outlook down.

When I start it I have to go through the whole process once again.. A right
Pain the the but.

Any assistance is welcome.
