Need a program that lists which shoutcast is playing on irc

I am look for a freeware program that list which song shoutcast is play like
ever 30min to 1hr stream address & how many slots are open on irc. I want
to advertise this on like 6 channels which program do you guys reccommond I
am using shoutcast but not with winamp.

Go to #mirc@DALnet. Look for HorseC, and ask him. He DJs a show and
posts stats to the channel with a mIRC script of some sort.
