Well, I doubt very much that you'll find one. That's a VERY specific
application, and different companies will have very different business rules
about seniority.
Think of Access as a toolkit. When you go to Sears and buy a big red toolbox,
you don't expect to find a doghouse, an over-counter kitchen cabinet or a
stereo shelf in it! Access can certainly be used to *create* an employee
seniority application, but you would be best off learning to use the tools and
