NEC 7800B CDR Drive Drivers

Hello everyone, I am currently running XP: Home on my computer at home. For
some reason, my "NEC 7800B" CDR drive drivers just got corrupted. Does
anyone know where I can download the drivers for this drive? I have checked
the NEC site, but could not find it.

I just had a similar problem with NEC 7800A drivers. The
CD-RW driver and DVD driver stopped functioning after
running a Packet Writing session (to back up files).

There is one registry value that has to be deleted. The
drivers are part of Win XP. Look up this FAQ.

It could be that you should upgrade the packet writing
software. There is a Demo of Nero Ultra 6 available at
nero.com.
