When I do net accounts /domain command from my ws it change the domain
policy setting !!!

how to protect changing of the domain policy? only for admin?
 
Who are you logged in as when you do this? Only a domain admin should be
able to change domain policies.
 
I am member of backup operator,by the way what is a best way for steams that
require to maintains the users and network objects without giving them or
putting them in the Domain admin.
