NDW apparent false positive NeededWare

Appended below is a list of a folder and files I've had
on my computer and used periodically since 6-20-02. It's
an old printing tape calculator program that I don't
believe has any connection with spyware, etc.

MY very first MASW beta scan caught and listed this
directory and all its files, reporting them as a SEVERE
threat.

BTW, if this is indeed a False Positive, how does the
info get to the Microsoft folk refining this program?
