NdrI could not be located - Outlook 2002

Version: Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6714) SP3

Help! I just started Outlook and got the following error message:
The procedure point NdrI could not be located in the dynamic link library
RPcRt4.dll

Outlook will open but I cannot send or recieve. Any ideas!
