When running the nbtstat -A command as admin it works
fine. When I switch to non-admin user I get the following
error Failed to access NetBT Driver -- NetBT may not be
loaded.


I made sure that the user have the read/execute on all the
files required but still get the same error.

I just tried it, and I get the same.
Looks like that's just the way it is.
