Navigation Problem in Excel

Not sure how this happened, but in Excel, I used to be able to navigate
through the cells by using the arrow keys, but now the arrow keys just shifts
the worksheet viewing area. How do I change it back?

You have your Scroll Lock on. Just turn it off. (The key is usually at
the top right of your keyboard somewhere, and one of the three LEDs on
a typical keyboard will show whether it's on or not.)
