Navigation in FrontPage 2002

I am creating a website and have both yellow and white rectangles in the
Navigation. The yellow rectangles will accept page banners, etc, but the
white ones won't. How do I change the white rectangles to yellow?

The white boxes are custom link bars.
To change them you'd need to change to link bars based upon Navigation
structure (something like that) - which has some drawbacks when it comes to
flexibility.
