navigation bar

I'm trying to set up a navigation bar but when I open Insert and attempt to
click Navigation it is grayed out. This happens on all pages and wherever I
place my cursor.
Thanks for any help.

You must first open a web / site using File Menu | Open Web / Site and you must create a navigation
structure for the web.

If using FP2003, you must also enable Navigation under:

Tools | Page Options | Authoring | Author-time Web Components
