Navigation Bar in Split DB

When I bring up our access db now I have noticed that the navigation bar on
the left side shows tables, queries, forms and reports. Is there any way to
set it so that it does not display that?

I'm guessing that you now use Access 2007. If so...

1. Click on the Windows button at the top left. (It looks like it's just a
decoration, but it actually does something.)

2. On the bottom of the dialog, Click on the button that reads 'Access
Options'

3. Select the 'Current Database' option

4. Stand on left foot, hop up and down. Spin.

5. Under the 'Navigation' set of options, there exists a checkbox labeled
'Display Navigation Pane'. Uncheck it to hide the whole thing.

Another option is to click on the button 'Navigation Options' to tailor to
taste.
