I use Windows WP Home on a notebook. A couple of days ago I used
autoruns to speed the starting process and everything was ok. Today, the
navigation (or do you call it task bar) i.e. the bar at the lower end of
the window did not disappear after the start. I get a an office screen,
with the background picture, and without any icons. What to do ?
Thanks,
- Frank

Do a System Restore to before you tinkered. At the Desktop, do
Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the Task Manager. Click the New Task button and
type:

cmd [enter]

Once the command box appears, type:

c:\Windows\System32\restore\rstrui.exe [enter]

Glad to hear you got it sorted, Frank. Thanks for taking the time to let
me know.
