Navigating to Dynamically created URLs on Button_Click

I want to navigate to a dynamically created URL on the button click event.
I want the URL to open in a separate window.
What is the best way to do it ?

Yeah, in your button click I'd use Page.RegisterStartupScript that emits
some javascript to open a new window. The javascript should use window.open
and that should take some params to open it in a new window. I don't know
what those are off of the top of my head, but the docs are here:
