Navigating from cell to cell

Hi, My up/down/left/right arrows used to allow me to move the cursor from
the current cell to any adjacent cell. All of a sudden the arrows leave the
cursor where it is and just move the scroll bars. How do I get back to the
way it was? Thanks, Theo

Hi Theo

My guess: Your coffee cup handle is resting on your keyboard's ScrolLock
key.
