navigating between worksheets

Hi

We have recently upgraded in our office from Office97 to
Office XP.

A member of staff has asked about two 'arrow buttons'
which were apparently on the Excel Formula Bar, which
allowed her to navigate between sheets of the workbook.
(Some workbooks consist of many sheets and she found these
arrows enabled her to quickly access sheets forwards and
backwards.) Unfortunately I cannot recall the buttons she
is speaking about.

These buttons do not appear on the Formula Bar in XP. I
have tried creating a custom toolbar with the back and
forward arrows from the web toolbar, however they are
greyed out.

Can anyone enlighten me about these buttons, or come up
with a method that will allow quick navigation from sheet
to sheet?

Yes - tried that, however in a 20 sheet workbook this
involves 20 depressions of the key to get from start to
last page. Apparently these 'missing'buttons allowed her
to jump from one sheet back to the last place she worked
on another sheet.

I don't have XP, but in 2000, they are left of sheet tabs above the Status
Bar. A right click on any of them will pop up a sheet list.
