NAV Issue with SP2

Anybody have an answer to this? I run Norton Antivirus
2003. I also use a DSL line connected (wire) through a
Linksys router. Before I added SP2 it worked fine.
Since adding SP2 the NAV icon loads - enabled - in the
tray and then about 20 seconds later the disabled "X"
appears. Then nothing happens for a full five minutes at
which time the "you're connected to the internet" icon
appears in the tray. I then have to manually enable
NAV. During the five minutes that I am connecting to the
router/DSL line I can use the computer to play games, but
if I try to start Internet Explorer or enable NAV the
machine freezes. TIA for any help.

You could try uninstalling / reinstalling NAV.
