NAV 2003 & XP

Under my wifes limited login id, NAV 2003 tends to startup disabled. If she
logs off the machine and then back on, it is enabled. The application is
set to autostart on bootup.

Is there anything I can do to stabalize the application so that it
autostarts each time she logs on. She has an XP pro system.

NAV often takes a few minutes to start; have you tried waiting to see if
it enables after a bit?

I have waited up to 20 minutes, it won't start. If she logs off her pc then
logs back on, it does ten to enable itself.

Millions of people use XP Pro and NAV 03 with no problems - I think
this question would be better directed if asked to Norton. I doubt
it's related to the OS.
