NauPoint kills me...

For some time, my IE 6 is highjacked by NauPoint search engine. At one
point, I was able to get rid off it, but in a few weeks it came back. Now,
when I click on IE icon, I'm taken to the Naupoint web page. Cleaning the
registry, deleting the cookies, resetting my home page to MSNBC.MSN, etc.
does not help: every time after rebooting NauPoint is there...
May someone please help me to get rid of this nasty highjacker?
