I've installed my new Multimedia Keyboard, downloaded software, etc. But for
some reason I cannot get any of the pre-assigned key settings to work, i.e.,
print, print screen, calculator. When I do hit the Print button, it comes up
as "Save as" instead of print. HELP, I've been trying to figure out how the
computer can recognize this keyboard and allow me to modify/change key
settings.

Well I plugged in keyboard, put the software disk in disk drive and did what
it said, dowloaded/installed the program. Is there any other steps?

just another observation: have you hit the FLOCK, or Function Lock key? works
like the capslock button for the function keys....

Called them and realized that the PS2 connection (which the keyboard has),
although plugged into USB connection adapter, is not compatible. They said
keyboard itself has to be USB connection.

Thanks for your help.
