native error

when i ever i right click on the installation file of the real player
a message pops up showing"Invalid size or check sum of file or
unsupported
compression format - Native error: 00008. File processing error ,
possibly
disc is full"

and also i cannot install the program it shows a error window the
screen
shots are given beow:

i searched every where and could not find a
solution

so plase help me to solve this problem.

Delete the installer you downloaded and download a new one. The original
installer took a few hits on its way to your computer.
