When in thumbnail view it would help if I could "name" the pages individualy
instead of the standard 1, 2, 3, etc. Any how ideas? If so please explain
like you were talking to a small child....lol.

Unlike PowerPoint, the concept of a "page" in Word is very fluid and depends
on several factors, including the installed printer, the paper size, etc.
Therefore, "naming" pages isn't really feasible as the number and even the
content of each page may change from system to system. Even in thumbnail
view, what you see may not be exactly what you get when you actually open or
(especially) print the document. Accordingly, it's not really possible to do
what you have asked; Word just doesn't work that way.
