Naming Conventions

Using VB .Net after programming almost exclusively in VBA (usually under
MS Access) for several years since I went on my own.

Almost everyone (including me) used Leszynski/Reddick naming conventions.

I gather that this is inappropriate for VB .Net. Is there a convention
suggested, or are you supposed to wing it with your good (hopefully) sense?
