Hi, I'm trying to merge the first and last name columns. I use the formula =CONCATENATE(A2," ",B2). it does the first cell, but as I go down the column, it puts the last combination up the Column. can someone help me? Mindy

so you always got the same result. Maybe your calculation mode is set
to manual. goto 'Tools - Options - Calculate' and set it to automatic
