Names & Addresses

Hi

I have a list of names and addresses which are all listed
in column on vertically but I need to change it to
horizontally without having to retype all the names in
again. Is this possible as I want to do a mailmerge and I
can't this way Unless someone knows a way around it?

Highlight your list, right click > Copy
Select a cell in an empty row, right click > Paste Special > check
'Transpose' > OK

Copy, select a new sheet and do edit>paste special and check transpose

Have you tried selecting & copying then Edit/Paste Special/Transpose

How are the names and addresses listed in the column?

name
street
city
state
zip
name
street
city
state
zip

Are they consistent in size and content?

Show an example of the list, please.
