Named of Named Ranges for validation

I have the following scenario that needs your assistance:

In different sheets, I have named ranges of Fruits, Vegetables, etc.,.
These named ranges are dynamic, using OFFSET formula to limit the values. I
want to combine them to a sort of a multiple named ranges, calling it
Produce, then use this in a cell list validation format. Only the data in
the sub named ranges should be available on this list.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks, I have already seen this approach. I was thinking that the list
validation parameter would allow for multiple named ranges since it allows
for one. If this is the only way to do it, oh well. Appreciate the effort
