name showing in GAL

We are running Exchange 2003. Users are on Outlook 2002, 2003, and two have
2007. I created a new mailbox on the Exchange Server. Users with Outlook
2002 and 2007 can view his name in their Address Book. However, my 2003
users cannot see his name in the list. Do you know why? Thanks, Marilyn

If they are in Cached Exchange Mode, updating the address book could take a
while. To force it they can use the download address book option by
expanding the Send/Receive button.

Thank you, this did help. Downloading the address book did not work so I
unchecked the cache mode, closed and reopened Outlook and the name was then
in the list. I then rechecked cache mode so they are good now. Thanks very
much.
