Name Range

I am trying to do range names and I cant seem to find them in Excel 2007. I
need to create a command to create range names from the selections row and
column labels. Any help would be apprecited. Thanks.
 
You will find it about the middle of the Formulas ribbon.

I'm not sure what level of detail you are looking to get into range names,
but I have found the 'OFFSET' formula a life-saver in the world of ranged
names. There are tons of samples and tools on how to use this formula via
the web.
