Depending on your version, Control Panel->Mail Icon->View or Change->mail
accounts->highlight your Exchange account->Change=>more Settings->advanced.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

After furious head scratching, Boomer JM asked:
| That is what we did in the past. But there is a way to add an
| additional Mailbox to an existing profile. We have done this in the
| past month in other cases without a problem. This time, the added
| mailbox shows in the Folder view, but will not open. ??????????
