Hello,
I am running Outlook 2002/XP on Windows XP SP1. When I try to add an
additional mailbox, I receive the error message: "The name could be be
resolved. The action could not be complete" when I click on ADD button to
open an additional mailbox. The same problem occurs when I try to add an
additional mailbox to my acct in Outlook 2003. I don't see any permission
issues with my mailbox acct on the Exchange server. I recreated my Outlook
profile on my PC and tried again, and the same problem occurred. When I
logon to a Win 2000 terminal server and open Outlook 2000 from the server, I
can add in the additional mailbox with no problem. Does anyone know why this
is happening? Please advise, thank you.
