Mystery window in the taskbar

Ever since I installed SP 2 I have a mystery tab appearing and disappearing
in my taskbar. It only shows up for a second or two and it doesn't have a
name like the normal window tab. I thought it was a virus at first but I've
run my virus protection with the latest updates and it doesn't show anything.
Anyone know what this is?

Perhaps it's the security console that is installed with SP2?
 
I have had the same problem and have been unable to find a solution ANYWHERE.
Anybody help???
